No. QuoteGeni matches the request to eligible contractors. The homeowner decides who to speak with, which estimates to consider, and whom to hire.
What happens if the first contractors never connect with me?
Your request is shared with a maximum of 3 matched contractors. We do not send it to additional contractors automatically. You stay in control of whom you hire.
Are contractors employees of QuoteGeni?
No. Participating contractors are independent businesses responsible for their own estimates, contracts, work, licensing and insurance requirements.

QuoteGeni collects the project or business details you submit so your request or application can be reviewed. A homeowner request, including contact details and optional photos, may be shared with up to 3 matched contractors under the consent given on the form. Submitting does not hire a contractor or guarantee quotes.
Contractor applications are used to review participation and service fit. Electronic signatures and agreement dates are saved with the application. QuoteGeni does not request credit card details for the introductory period.
QuoteGeni saves submissions for review and automatically matches homeowner requests in the eight-county launch area to eligible approved contractors by county and project category, up to a maximum of three. Email/text lead delivery is being activated separately. Keep your confirmation reference. Do not include payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information in descriptions or photos.
